Which coin and network can I deposit?

Only USDT on the Tron network (TRC-20). Sending any other asset, or USDT on a different network such as ERC-20 or BEP-20, will not be credited and the funds cannot be recovered.

How long until my deposit is credited?

Usually within a minute. Incoming transfers are picked up in real time by our blockchain notification service, and a background scanner double-checks every wallet every couple of minutes as a safety net. You can also tap 'Check now' on the Deposit screen to force a refresh.

Is there a minimum deposit?

Plans start at $50 USDT. Smaller transfers are still credited to your available balance, but you need at least the tier minimum to open a plan.

My transfer is confirmed on-chain but my balance hasn't moved.

Open the Deposit tab and tap 'Check now'. If it still doesn't appear after a few minutes, send us the transaction hash through the contact page and we will reconcile it manually — every credit is matched against the on-chain record.

Do I need TRX in my wallet to deposit?

Your sending wallet (or exchange) pays the Tron network fee. You never need to fund your SunByd deposit address with TRX.

Where does my wallet address come from?

Every investor account is assigned its own unique TRC-20 address from our treasury wallet pool. Addresses are derived from a single hardware-controlled master key, so the platform can watch them without any private key ever touching the server.

Why is a unique address important?

It is how we attribute a payment to you. Because no two investors share an address, any transfer arriving at your address is automatically matched to your account — no memo, tag or manual reference needed.

Is my address permanent?

Yes. Once an address is assigned to your account it stays yours and is never reused for another investor. You can reuse it for every future deposit.

What if no address is shown yet?

In rare cases the pool is being topped up when you sign up. Reload the Deposit tab in a few minutes — one is generated and reserved for you automatically. Never send funds before an address is displayed in your console.

Can I verify the address on-chain?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each deposit in your history links to the transaction on Tronscan so you can independently confirm the amount, the sender and the receiving address.

How do I withdraw?

Set your personal USDT (TRC-20) payout address in your profile, then request a withdrawal from the Invest tab. Funds are sent to that address only, which protects you if your session is ever compromised.

When can I withdraw my capital?

Capital is locked for the plan term (30 days). Profit and any uninvested balance are available at any time. When a plan matures, principal plus 29% profit returns to your available balance automatically.

How long does a withdrawal take?

Requests are reviewed and paid out manually by the treasury team, typically within 24 hours on business days. You will receive a notification and the transaction hash once it is sent.

SunByd does not charge a withdrawal fee. Only the standard Tron network fee applies, which is deducted from the transfer.

Why was my withdrawal rejected?

The most common reasons are an invalid or non-TRC-20 payout address, or requesting more than your available (unlocked) balance. The rejection note in your activity feed explains the exact reason.

How is my balance kept accurate?

An automated reconciliation job compares every ledger entry against your computed balance around the clock and flags any mismatch to the treasury team before it can affect a payout.

Can I change my payout address later?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from the profile dialog in your console. Changes are logged, and we recommend re-checking the address before each large withdrawal.

Do you ever ask for my seed phrase?

Accepted Answer

Never. No member of the SunByd team will ask for a recovery phrase or private key. Anyone who does is impersonating us — report it immediately.
